Common Questions
The app crashed on launch / won't open
Force-quit the app and reopen it. If it still won't load, try uninstalling and reinstalling — your readings sync to your account if you've signed in. Then write to bugs@templari.app with your device model and iOS / Android version so we can investigate.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google directly, and you manage them where you signed up:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Templari app → Cancel
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Templari app → Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep premium access until then. We don't have refund authority on Apple or Play purchases — for refunds, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
I bought a Lifetime — what does that include?
One-time Lifetime purchase covers premium access for the lifetime of the specific app you bought it for. If we ship a major new product (a separate new app), Lifetime holders get a substantial discount, but Lifetime is not a license across the entire Suite. The full terms live on the Terms page.
Restoring purchases on a new device
Sign in to the app with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase, then open the paywall screen and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription or Lifetime will be re-associated automatically.
I lost my reading history
If you signed in with cloud sync enabled, your history is on our servers and can be restored by signing in again. If you used the app anonymously, the history lives on your device only — write to support@templari.app with as much detail as you can give us and we'll see what's recoverable.
The AI gave me a strange or wrong-feeling reading
The AI readings are interpretations, not predictions. They're designed for reflection, not as definitive answers. If a reading feels factually off, re-run it — small differences in how a question is framed will produce different results. If something feels actively harmful or inappropriate, please write to support@templari.app; we treat that as a high priority and investigate the model behavior.
How do I delete my account and data?
In any of the seven apps, go to Settings → Account → Delete my account. This removes your synced readings, journal entries, and profile from our servers within 30 days. Local on-device data is wiped on sign-out. Full details on the Privacy Policy.
Camera or photo permissions issue (Aura, Graphology, Palm Reader)
These apps need camera access to capture your reading material. If you denied the camera prompt at install:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → enable the Templari app
- Android: Settings → Apps → Templari app → Permissions → Camera → Allow
iPad mode
The Templari apps currently ship as iPhone-only apps. On iPad they run in iPhone compatibility mode (the iPhone-sized window). Native iPad layouts are on the roadmap for late 2026.
